Fault Finding

 

 

Listed below are some common issues that should be checked before referring to the trouble-shooting guides

 

Problem  Please Check

No Water available  

Has the machine or the water supply been turned off?

Insufficient water from tap / outlet  

Has the Eco button been activated? (Eclipse Model)

Interruption to flow of water  

Is the breather/vent pipe blocked or has a 'trap' been created because the pipe runs up-hill?

Poor taste  

Has a blue or red (washing machine) hose been fitted instead of the supplied food-grade hose?

Leaking  

Does the drip-tray need emptying? or

Does the breather pipe “vent” over the counter-top? or

Has the thread on the flexible hose been “crossed”?
